Shower Tubs
One of the most popular types of tubs in the United States and Canada is the shower tub. This is basically just a combination of a bathtub with a shower in it. You can either lay down and bathe in the tub or stand up in the tub and shower. Most shower tubs are either corner tubs or against a wall.
If you have a shower tub, you will likely need a shower so that the water from showers does not spray on to the floor. The taps and drain on shower tubs is usually at the front of the tub and easy to access whether you are bathing or showering.
Shower tubs offer the best of both worlds. They are economic, take up less space, give you options and are very efficient. It is quite common for men to enjoy showers and women to enjoy baths, so a shower tub for married couples is the ideal solution.
